MakCity Realty® is a registered trademark (Class 36) and UP RERA-certified independent real estate consultancy (UPRERAAGT23841). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

"We/Us": MakCity Realty, operated by Manvendra Verma (UP RERA ID: UPRERAAGT23841).
"Services": Real estate advisory for residential/commercial properties in Noida/Delhi-NCR.

2. Services

We provide:

Property search assistance as independent brokers.
Legal/documentation support (via third-party partners).

3. Client Responsibilities

Verify property details (title, approvals) independently.
Disclose all material facts (budget, legal status) truthfully.

4. Fees & Payments

Brokerage fees (if applicable) will be disclosed upfront per UP RERA rules.
No hidden charges; all payments via banking channels only.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Builder delays, fraud, or project cancellations.
Legal disputes between buyers/sellers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on makcityrealty.com is owned by MakCity Realty® (Trademark No. $65560, Class 36). Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Dispute Resolution

Grievances may be filed with UP RERA (for Noida properties) or Delhi consumer forums.
Jurisdiction: Courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, UP.

8. Amendments

We may update these terms. Continued use of services implies acceptance.
